About Shipping:

We take any shipping of product very very seriously. Below we have a brief run down of what our shipping is all about and the wait times between delivery. We suggest any first time buyers and current buyers to read below. We have created this guide in lieu of that wait time.


We like to use UPS as our shipping. UPS ships nation wide and also world wide. UPS is fast, easy, and secure for us. Normally we do have a tracking number for each package sent through UPS. Sometimes we forget for what ever reason to add this to our bought and shipped items. Please forgive us as we try our best to have every thing included in one e-mail.

In local regards such as state-side shipping we some times will use US Postal. Depending on how big the object (or objects) are we might use this as our shipping. UP Postal Service is nation wide. Other rates with this may apply which will be covered in the next section.


Shipping Rates:

In regards to our shipping rates this of course has to do with the item bought. The bigger the item the more shipping will cost. In this cost we insure our packages delivery to the customer. If its lost for any reason we ask that you contact us right away so we can try our best to track down the item shipped. Shipping rates do apply to most items bought. Some times this rate is waved. Sometimes its extra.


Damaged Goods:

Hopefully this is never the case!. If a product is damaged during shipping we ask that you try to send us the product back so we can inspect and issue a refund if it can't not be fixed. If a product is damaged we ask that you please e-mail us right away. Please try your best to keep the product in one whole piece or pieces and kept in arrived order.

We take great pride in our packaging.


Invoices:

We try our best to provide this with shipping when asked. If you haven't received an invoice please notify us if its needed.


Over Seas Issues:

Between customs both USA and foreign countries have different wait times. By different wait times when we ship the product it may take up to five business days to clear customs. We have noticed things normally go smoothly. Only a few cases where customs and over seas there was an issue. Normally over sea orders take a few days to arrive. Please contact the local post master or shipping company to check.


Lost Package:

We ask that you contact us right away. A lost package is never a good thing!.


You ripped me off!!!:

We never rip people off. We aren't the type of online business to do such. If you are unhappy speak up. We always play fair. Contact us if you feel as if you were ripped off. We aren't those people.
